You keep the block, we handle the rest. Kingdom organises demolition of the existing house, design of your new home through our drafting partner, council approvals and the build itself. One builder across the whole path, from the first conversation to handover.
Custom new homes
Already hold plans? We will quote the build as drawn. Starting fresh? We guide new plans through our drafting partner with the builder involved from the design stage. Pricing insight is applied while the plans take shape, so the design lands on budget instead of getting redrawn after a shock quote.

We are QBCC licensed builders, so every home we build is covered by the statutory warranties that apply to licensed residential building work in Queensland. We will walk you through exactly what that covers before you sign anything.
